Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission

The final camera-ready files of your accepted paper must be submitted on or before 15th OCTOBER 2024.
This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. You should submit your paper using your CMT *proceedings author* role for BDA2024.
The following files are needed to complete the camera-ready submission. If you don’t have these files ready, you must prepare them first, before initiating the submission process.
- The SOURCE FILES of your accepted paper, revised carefully by addressing the reviewers’ comments communicated earlier through the acceptance email.
- The PDF of your final revised paper.
- The PDF of the completed, signed, and scanned Springer-Nature license to publish form by one corresponding author.
- The PDF of the Response to Reviewers Comments Document.
- The PDF of the registration payment receipt/invoice received in the registration confirmation email.
PAPER FORMATTING AND PAGE LIMIT:
Your final camera-ready paper can have a MAXIMUM of 10 Pages for a SHORT PAPER and a MAXIMUM of 20 Pages for a LONG PAPER. Please strictly follow the instructions of Springer-Nature for authors when preparing the final camera-ready version. You MUST follow the appropriate template for preparing your final camera-ready paper, as wrongly formatted paper will be EXCLUDED from the proceedings.

CAMERA-READY VERSION SUBMISSION:
The following files must be submitted during the camera-ready submission:
- FINAL PAPER (TWO FILES): Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your CMT author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading three files:
- CAMERA-READY SOURCE FILE: Either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX source files and high-resolution figures as instructed in the acceptance email or a Word file with all high-resolution figures embedded in it.
- CAMERA-READY PDF FILE: The PDF version of your camera-ready paper.
- COPYRIGHT, RESPONSE TO REVIEWERS’ COMMENTS DOCUMENT AND REGISTRATION RECEIPT (1 ZIP FILE):
- LTPF FILE: Download the Springer license to publish form (LTPF) from this address: Link of license. Complete the following fields and sign the LTPF. It is sufficient for one corresponding author to sign the copyright form if you have multiple corresponding authors. You need to scan the form into PDF.
- ‘Proposed Title of the Contribution’ -> Enter the title of your paper here.
- ‘Author(s) Full Name(s)’ -> Enter the names of all authors mentioned in the final camera-ready paper. Do not include affiliation or ORCID.
- ‘Corresponding Author Name’ -> Enter the name of ONLY ONE corresponding author, even if you have multiple corresponding authors indicated in your paper. This corresponding author MUST sign this form.
- In the box ‘Print Name’, type your name in the grey shaded area.
- Write the date of signing the LTPF in the ‘Date’ box.
- Write your postal address in the empty box on the right of the ‘Address’ box.
- Write your email address in the empty box on the right of the ‘Email’ box. Make sure you are entering a valid email where the Springer-Nature will communicate. The conference committee will not be able to update any email addresses if you have typed the wrong email address.
- RRCD FILE: The response to the reviewer comments document following the instructions mentioned in the acceptance email and save it as a PDF (use the template available here: Link of Reviewers Response).
- REGISTRATION PROOF FILE: The registration payment receipt/email, saved as a PDF.
Compress the following three PDF files to a zip file (with .zip extension) and upload it in the place to upload the ‘Copyright form’.
